Extract in Italy from Italian olives 100% of cultivar Leccino e Moraiolo and harvested by hand, is characterized by an intense green color with golden reflections and a medium fruity aroma, typically bitter, slightly spicy. This Oil has a very low acidity, and its taste remembers the fresh grass of the field; perfect to prepare bruschetta, salad dressings and flavor soups.
